Before you arrive

Meet at Casa de Avila Hotel in Vallecito, Arequipa. Please arrive 15 minutes early and check in at reception. No previous cooking experience is needed. Wear comfortable clothes. Bringing your own water bottle is a good idea; complimentary drinking water has not been confirmed.

Drinks & dietary needs

Pisco Sours are optional extras, currently listed at US$12 each when booking with Andes Crew. Other alcoholic drinks are not included. Please share any allergies or dietary requirements in your booking request; the kitchen must confirm whether they can accommodate them.
