What's included?
Professional rafting guide, safety briefing, rafting equipment, transport with pickup in eligible central Arequipa areas, bottled water and a light snack. Pickup details are confirmed before departure.
Where do we meet?
Pickup is available from eligible locations in central Arequipa. If your accommodation is outside the pickup zone, we will coordinate a convenient meeting point via WhatsApp before departure.
Can beginners join?
Previous rafting experience is generally not required. Participation depends on the river conditions, your fitness and the operator's safety assessment. Follow your guide's instructions at all times.
What should I bring?
Clothes and secure footwear that can get wet, a towel, a change of clothes and sun protection. Avoid bringing valuables onto the river.
Can I get photos or videos?
Professional photos and videos may be available at an additional cost. Ask when confirming your reservation.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure, subject to the booking terms confirmed with the operator. Rafting may be rescheduled or cancelled when river conditions are unsafe.
